Fun, functional and free outdoor training in nature around Montreal.

Montreal - Canada

NatuurlijkSportief Montreal

NatuurlijkSportief is a Dutch game of words for being naturally extraordinary in moving. Don't forget we were born movers.

Moving is natural for a child, but as we age we tend to fall into inactivity and conformity. NatuurlijkSportief invites you back into movement that is cheerful, physical, intuitive and free.

Fun, functional and free

NatuurlijkSportief retrieves the cheerful, carefree feeling everyone had as a child.

Listening to our intuition and returning to those simple moves we did as kids - skipping, climbing, balancing, lifting stones and laughing - brings back natural, functional movement.

If that made us fit, strong and happy back then, these truly natural moves are bound to boost our energy levels while we get fitter, stronger and instantly feel incredibly younger.

Trainer Montreal

RALPH

Cross country ski coach // adventure sports athlete // Polar ambassador

"I am a certified personal trainer, adventure sport athlete, and I am based in Montreal Quebec, Canada. I have been working in the fitness industry for the past 20 years."

"As a trainer and competitive athlete, I find that there is something connective and refreshing about training in nature. Running off trail, climbing over and under fallen trees, wading through streams and muddy bogs. This is beautiful and natural movement and it is also empowering and exhilarating exercise."
